Allplastics Architectural & Building division offers a wide range of Acrylic and Polycarbonate UV resistant materials for pergolas, canopies, awnings, roofing and other outdoor enclosures. Acrylics are available in Clear, Opal, Frost and Tinted options. While offering UV resistance, acrylics can be cracked by falling tree branches or strong hailstorms. Polycarbonates are available in Multiwall (honeycomb), Clear, Opal or Tinted options. Solid Polycarbonates are also available if the user prefers not to see any lines in the awning. Polycarbonates are ideal for outdoor pergolas due to UV stability; being virtually unbreakable and easy to install. Polycarbonates are 250 times stronger than float glass.

Allplastics can provide the sheets cut to size from a variety of thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 12mm thick. Sheets can be cut to size or CNC Routered to shapes.
For unusually large areas Allplastics can offer polycarbonate sheets cut from spools 2540mm wide and up to 6 metres long. This will near less joints and less likelihood of water coming through them.

When designing with lightweight elements you will achieve considerable saving dur to support steel beams and timber rattles being less heavy than otherwise required for glass structure.
