Allplastics Engineering can provide our customers with a wide range of engineering, signage and building plastics that can be accurately machined using our CNC Routing technology. CNC routing refers to the process of replicating parts from computerized files such as DXF, EPS and DWG formats.
Our CNC Routers are equipped with 3m x 2m tables making them suitable for large sheets. Materials such as Nylon, PTFE, Acetal (Pom), Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, ABS and PVC can be transformed from sheets to intricate shapes or engraved for molds or signage applications.
CNC Routing will provide a uniform and consistent finish for the parts that are used in many industries such as materials handling, food manufacturing, defence, transport, mining, architecture, shopfitting, rail and electrical insulation.
