Food Grade Natural High Density Polyethylene has been successfully utilised in the manufacture of moulds, cakes, chocolates and soaps by Allplastics Engineering.
The properties of HDPE lend themselves to applications where parts are CNC routed and machined economically in the food and packaging industry.
Circular, square, rectangle and triangular pockets were custom made for Living Ingredients for the manufacture of cake moulds.

Opal Polycarbonate panels were chosen to replace acrylic roofing panels in Brisbane for the INVESTA Property Group building. The original acrylic panels were cracked due to a hailstorm which has a regular occurrence on the east coast of Australia lately.
Polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable, UV resistant and much easier to handle than glass. It is available in standard sheet sizes as well as 2540mm wide continuous spools.

In response to many enquiries Allplastics now stocks TWO WAY mirrored acrylic.
"See-Thru" or "Two Way" mirror has a semi-transparent aluminium film deposited on the substrate that allows a percentage of incidental light to pass through, while reflecting the remainder. From the illuminated side, it is a mirror.
From the dark side, it becomes transparent.
