Vic Kalloghlian, Managing Director of Allplastics Engineering was at the launch of an incredibly interesting Model Train Station Exhibition at a beautiful residence Sydney’s North Shore. Simon Ford is part of a model train enthusiasts club that meets every month. An exquisite range of model trains are run on tracks in various venues and members’ backyards.
The photos attached illustrate a Railway Station that Craig Guerin at Creative Iron built in Darwin. Craig is described as a “genius welder of steel”. The station is a combination of “Waterloo” style; “Crystal Palace” and “Steam Punk”.

Acrylic tubes offer the architect or designer a new dimension in interior and exterior commercial fitouts. The cylinders are available in a wide range of diameters from 10mm up to 500mm. As well as the standard clear (transparent) tubes, they can also be made in Opal or Satin finish to diffuse light or offer a touch of mystique to the environment. Recently Allplastics applied a custom extruded satin finish acrylic tubes for a commercial project in Sydney. The tubes were expertly installed by the Boys Project team. The result is a stunning one. Similar satin acrylic tubes were installed in the Sydney Casino in 2000.

Gold Signbond™ Aluminium Composite Panels were supplied by Allplastics for the ceiling panels at the Manly Vale Hotel renovation on the northern beaches of Sydney. Expertly installed by the EM Cabinet Making team the gold reflective surface achieved the desired effect by the designers. Signbond™ Aluminium Composite Panels come with a high gloss surface on one side and matt finish on the other.This will allow it to be screen printed, spray painted or for the application of vinyl graphics. The Aluminium sides of the Signbond™ are 0.2mm for the 3mm sheet and 0.3mm (4.0mm sheet).
