Custom Crafted Book Displays at Parliament

The presentation of valuable artefacts and ancient books at exhibitions requires the organisers to display them in a manner that is easy for the visitors to view yet prevent them from touching papers which can result in degradation of ancient papers. Recently the Allplastics fabrication team crafted a range of clear acrylic showcases which displayed and protected many historic books and Bibles in the foyer of the New South Wales Parliament. The exhibition marked the 350th anniversary of the printing of the first Armenian Bible in Amsterdam in 1666-1668 and was hosted by the premier of New South Wales the Honourable Gladys Berejiklian in the theatrette of the oldest parliament in Australia.
